PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From 2007 to 2017, I had several professional experiences, but everything started to change in 2015. That year, I took advantage of a new job opportunity. The location was great and it was in the center of Rio de Janeiro. This brought me closer to friendships that were a little distant because of the daily hardships. I made the most of it and I started having weekly and individual lunches with some of these loved ones. Each one was going through a different issue in their life and we talked during each lunch, we had insights and a movement to be made from there. I had a tremendous expectation to get to the next week's lunch and see the evolution of those issues.

These lunches filled me up in a way that I began to wonder if I couldn't do it with more people, and if I couldn't actually help other people and not just those close to me to get where they wanted.

That's when in 2016, reading an article that I loved, I decided to know more about the personality that had written all that. He was a coach, a former company director. But what was it really like to be a coach? I decided to do some research! And, to my surprise, it was exactly what I had been looking forward to doing since the previous year! I remember reading the characteristics of this performance and thinking: that's exactly what I'm saying I want to do for 1 year!!!! And I felt a sense of happiness pervading my heart! I discovered my purpose here! This was the first time I had consciously come across what it would be like to be a coach and what the coaching process itself was like.

From this discovery, I studied the schools that I could graduate with quality, what steps I needed to take and I set out for the future that I chose for myself!

It is important to say that I have always liked my profession, the companies where I have worked, my leaders and my colleagues. As a dedicated and applied employee that I have always been, I loved to solve problems from a systemic perspective and propose new solutions and improvements. I was not unhappy, nor was I willing to make a change of this scale in my life. But the weekly lunches, the achievements of each one, the follow-up of the results awakened in me the thing that really fulfills me: helping people to get there and feel complete, happy and motivated!

I can clearly see that the time I spent working in the corporate world and my backgrounds have greatly improved my ability to solve problems through a systemic approach and provide feedback with an aggregating perspective. The best thing is that I can take advantage of all this baggage to deliver even more value in my processes.

I am extremely grateful for every step I've taken so far and I see that all of them were fundamental so that, in reading that article, an explosion could happen inside me, pushing me to be the best coach I can be to help you!
